Delivery Information:

• Delivery Notification: On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a specific time window, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.

Delivery Pricing:

• $20 Delivery Fee: We offer a flat delivery fee of $20 for all orders.
• Free Delivery: Spend over $150, and your delivery is on us!

Delivery Zones:

• Serving St George and Sutherland Shire: We proudly serve these areas, ensuring that our quality products are just a click away. If we’re not currently delivering to your area, please contact us, and we’ll keep you posted when we expand our service to your neighbourhood.

Terms & Conditions:

• In-Person Reception: You will need to be present at the delivery location to personally receive the order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be taken back to the shop for collection.
• Signed Delivery Docket: A signed delivery docket is required to confirm that all items have been received in good condition.
• Cut-Off Times: Place your order by 1 PM the day before your desired delivery date to ensure prompt service.
• Minimum Order: A minimum order of $50 applies for delivery.
• Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery or products, please report them within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

We offer our customers a Click & Collect service, which means you order your products online and we prepare them for you to pick up in store within the hour up until 2:30pm the same day.
