    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sides: Steamed rice


  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add minced garlic and ginger.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and chopped water chestnuts.

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 chicken marylands
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sides: Roasted potatoes and steamed green beans


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Rub chicken marylands with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

  • Ingredients:
    • 1kg chicken wings
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sides: Coleslaw and mashed potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss chicken wings in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
